Mr. Albert Dass Raphael
Mr. Albert Dass Raphael began his career in the loss adjusting industry in 1998 with Associated Adjusters Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Degree in Business Administration and the BCCILA qualification from The Malaysian Insurance Institute. He joined Jaya Adjusters Sdn. Bhd. in 2009, where he was appointed Northern Region Branch Manager, leading regional operations and ensuring high standards of service, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Currently, Mr. Albert serves as the Northern Region Branch Manager at Darmani Adjusters, where he oversees northern operations, drives business growth, develops high-performing teams, and strengthens the company's presence in the insurance loss adjusting industry.
