Mr. Suresh Kumar Ariyunan began his career in insurance loss adjusting in 2014 and obtained the Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA) from The Malaysian Insurance Institute. With over a decade of experience, he has built strong expertise in handling Own Damage (OD), Own Damage Investigation (ODI), Bodily Injury (BI), Theft, fraud, fire, flood, fatal accident, an d policy liability claims.
He has conducted extensive investigations throughout Sabah and Labuan, working closely with insurers, law enforcement agencies, medical practitioners, and legal representatives to deliver accurate and evidence-based reports. As Branch Manager, he oversees branch operations, leads investigation teams, and is committed to delivering professional, independent, and high-quality loss adjusting services while safeguarding insurers' interests.
