Since beginning his career in 2019, he has managed a wide range of motor insurance claims across Peninsular Malaysia, developing strong expertise in Bodily Injury, Theft, Third Party Property Damage, Own Damage, and fraud-related investigations.
Throughout his career, he has successfully uncovered numerous fraudulent claims and built a solid reputation for delivering thorough, accurate, and professional investigations. As Senior Manager, he oversees motor investigations, liability assessments, and complex fraud cases while leading the training and development of investigation personnel.
