Most recently, he served for 13 years with Jaya Adjusters Sdn. Bhd., rising to the position of Fraud Manager, where he handled complex motor, bodily injury, liability, property, and fraud investigation cases.
He is highly skilled in insurance claims investigations, fraud detection, evidence gathering, claimant and witness interviews, claims assessment, and report writing. Well-versed in insurance procedures, policy interpretation, litigation support, and client relationship management, he is recognised for his strong analytical abilities, professionalism, integrity, and leadership in managing investigation teams while consistently delivering accurate, objective, and high-quality reports for insurers.
